We are pleased to announce that Walterscheid Powertrain Group has completed the acquisition of IFA Kardan, located in Irxleben, Germany.
IFA Kardan is a well-established company with a proven track record, that since 1959 develops a diversified range of propshafts and different types of joints for the agriculture, construction and special vehicle markets. Through offering flexible solutions for small and high series for challenging applications, the company is one of the top 10 suppliers for off-road applications in Europe.
