The Board of Directors of Comer Industries approved the consolidated
financial results at December 31st, 2022
Turnover at 1,238 million euros (up 18% from the previous year); EBITDA at 180.0 million euros (+38,2% from the previous year), Net Incam at 90.7 million euros (+81,8% from the previous year) and Net Financial Debt of 148.9 million euros (improved by 28.1 million in the year): these are the 2022 consolidated financial results approved by the Board of Directors.
Important results that confirm our growth path with rising volumes, a strong increase in all profitability margins and key balance sheet strength indicators.
2022 was a particularly significant year for Comer Industries. On the one hand for the advancement of the integration process with Walterscheid that has led us to be recognized as a united, solid and global entity.
On the other hand, for our entry into the market of motors and transmissions for electric vehicles with the birth of the e-comer brand, a new green-tech division of Comer Industries, part of an industrial strategy projected to seize opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
Once again, we confirm to be an example of the Italian mechanics in the world with an offer of technologically advanced products in line with the market trends.
